    The Lincoln County School District's HELP (Homeless Education & Literacy Project) Program provides services to the over 471 homeless students in Lincoln County, Oregon to help them overcome barriers and stay successful in school. We offer after-school tutoring programs, Art Enrichment class, LIFT Parent-Child class, and serve as a host site for the Insight of Oregon program. We also have a clothing and resource closet for families to access as needed.

    The LCSD H.E.L.P. Program has centers in Waldport, Newport, Toledo, and Lincoln City to serve the four areas of Lincoln County.
