The Tax Project Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit, independent educational research foundation that seeks to improve public awareness, transparency, and education regarding government spending, tax policy, and related areas, as well as their effects on American citizens, businesses, and the economy through fact-based data.

Our goal is to promote Government Financial Literacy to empower informed citizens to make fact-based decisions that drive economic growth, prosperity, and accountability, while reinforcing American democracy and freedom.
