SOAR’s mission is to provide results-oriented, pro bono management consulting to help nonprofits increase their impact on the communities they serve while offering its consultants an enriching and supportive learning environment.

SOAR Management Consulting Group provides pro bono consulting services to small and midsize Greater Boston area nonprofits and public agencies navigating the challenges of growth and change. Over the last three years we have helped over 75 clients accomplish their mission

We work in small teams of volunteer consultants. Our approach is defined by:
