Health Care for All Colorado is an organization promoting single payer universal health care reform through education and advocacy. HCAC created a single payer health care proposal which was one of five proposals selected and evaluated by Colorado's Blue Ribbon Commission on Health Care Reform, and though our proposal came out on top by every measure from being the least expensive to providing the most comprehensive coverage, we stiff face an uphill battle to reform health care.
