To establish a regional multi-cultural arts center that promotes a deeper understanding and appreciation of the traditional arts and customs of the world, and in particular, those that reflect Bridgeport's own diverse ancestral identities. Special focus is placed on the organization's role within the Coastal Connecticut area as a cultural leader, and the importance of the arts to healthy economic and community development.
