Leading for Children

Leading for Children (LFC) is a fully remote national non-profit pioneering the effort to improve early care and education using a unique, asset-based facilitation methodology where the wisdom and experience of the adults in the young child’s ecosystem is honored and they are respected as the architects of systems change and continuous quality improvement. Rooted in equity, we work with the adults (families,, educators and others in the community) to co-create solutions that improve outcomes for children.
