The Y.E.S. (Youth Enrichment Services) Program addresses educational disparities among youth of color and increase the likelihood of their completing high school and purusing post secondary eduacation. This is done through a multi-disciplinary program that complements the public school system's programming by offering culturally competent academic enrichment, and asocial and leadership skill development.
