Impulse Group DC is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of gay, bisexual, and queer men across Washington, DC and beyond. As part of a global movement supported by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), we create spaces that empower, educate, and inspire our community to thrive—mind, body, and soul.

Our mission is simple: to engage, support, and connect gay men globally. We do this through creative events, digital campaigns, and community partnerships centered around our four core pillars: Sexual Health, Mental Health, Harm Reduction, and Social Justice/Activism.

Whether through hosting social gatherings that promote safer sex, organizing wellness workshops that spark healing conversations, or mobilizing around issues that impact LGBTQ+ lives, Impulse Group DC is driven by purpose and passion.

We’re more than an events group—we’re a community of advocates, creatives, and changemakers working to make DC a safer, healthier, and more inclusive place for everyone.
