Mentors Without Borders
Misión
Mentors Without Borders is helping underprivileged young people from Africa become passionate professionals by connecting them with employees from big tech companies. We believe that poverty can be eliminated when people love their work, especially in modern fields.
Acerca de
Since 2020, we have connected more than 500 underprivileged students from our partner NGOs with mentors, and many of our alumni have started successful careers in fields such as Programming, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Customer Support, and others.
At the end of 2023, we established a training center in Dzodze, Ghana, with the support of the Atlassian Foundation. This initiative will enable hundreds of underprivileged students annually to learn 21st-century skills from our remote mentors, and we plan to open more training centers across Africa as we get more support from our partner companies.
