At Rosie Riveters, we believe early STEM engagement is key to building confidence and expanding future opportunities. Our innovative, hands-on programs encourage students to embrace challenges, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills through productive struggle-"I may not know, but I can figure it out." Designed to meet students where they are, our curriculum brings STEM experiences to spaces where they are otherwise unavailable, ensuring broad access. By reaching students early, we help them develop the resilience and skills needed to explore STEM with confidence, opening doors to new possibilities.
