Safe Kids Tulsa Area is dedicated to preventing injuries in children, the number one killer of kids in the United States.

Safe Kids Tulsa Area, led by The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis, is a group of organizations and concerned citizens that joined forces in early 1993 to prevent unintentional injuries-the leading cause of death and disability in children. Safe Kids Tulsa Area is dedicated to helping raise awareness among the general public and policy-makers through education, direct intervention programs and public policy initiatives.

Community service events that volunteers would assist with Community Car Seat Checkup events - Free car seat inspections provided throughout eastern Oklahoma and Bike Safety events- Free bike safety materials and free helmets distributed at community events.
