Established in 1966 Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Maryland and Delaware, Inc. is an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency with a mission to “help stabilize communities by creating hope and promoting economic self-sufficiency to individuals and families through financial education and counseling.” Approved in June 2018 as a HUD National Intermediary, Guidewell Financial Solutions provides housing counseling to include: Pre-purchase/Homebuying, Home maintenance/Post-purchase, Foreclosure Prevention, Rental, Reverse Mortgage and HECM default counseling. For families and individuals seeking to purchase a home, we also provide in-person and online Homebuyer Workshops. Our services are available in English and Spanish.
