The Purple Reign Campaign

The Purple Reign CampaignEverday Heroes Against Domestic Abuse was launced in February of 2012. This non-profit raises awareness and fundraises for Victims of Domestic Violence.

Seattle based costumed crime-fighter Purple Reign and domestic violence activist founded The Purple Reign Campaign to rally people worldwide to take a stand against domestic abuse. With partner Phoenix Jones, Purple Reign aims to give strength and resources to victims of domestic violence who have not yet found the freedom to express themselves.

As a survivor of domestic violence, Purple Reign has a unique perspective: “I use my 'superhero persona' to raise awareness about this cause. It is my dream to inspire victims and to give them the resources and strength to transform into survivors as a hero once did for me.”

The proceeds of The Purple Reign Campaign benefit NW Family Life, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, incorporated and registered as a charitable organization in the State of Washington. NW Family Life provides educational programs, advocacy, counseling and treatment for people whose lives are impacted by domestic violence.

The Purple Reign Campaign is the first and largest of its kind among costumed activists to raise awareness and funds for victims of domestic violence. Through donations, merchandise sales, personal survival stories, comic book art, education and events such as the highly anticipated Healing Reign Music Benefit & Auction (May 12, 2012), regular community members will become “heroes” as they save the lives of victims, transforming them into survivors.
