MEALS ON WHEELS OF CENTRAL INDIANA

Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that delivers medically tailored meals from our 9 hospitals and healthcare facilities partners to Indianapolis neighbors Monday-Friday between 11am to 2pm. That's 34 routes every weekday!

Our volunteers help deliver: A friendly smile, 2 medically tailored meals (lunch and dinner) and Provide a Wellness Check for our clients - Volunteers are trained to alert MOWCI staff for any changes in our clients' behavior or living conditions. This is a great comfort to our clients' emergency contacts and loved ones.

Many of our clients are isolated in their homes with little interaction with the outside world, so our volunteers provide a lifesaving service. We could not do what we do without their dedication to our clients!
