OUR VISION, MISSION, AND WHY 

All In Ministries International (All In) works with churches and missionaries worldwide to train and equip under-resourced women to be disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ. Our vision is to ignite a movement of women to disciple women across cultures for God’s glory (Rev. 7:9). Our mission is to change the world by training, equipping, and mentoring women worldwide to be disciple makers of Jesus (Matt. 28:18-20). By God’s grace, All In celebrated ten years in ministry in 2022, serving more than 10,000 people in 19 countries across Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe.  

Why? When women discover they are loved, valued, and have a divine purpose—and equipped with how to live their purpose as disciple-makers of Jesus—a triple effect takes place. Women change, and they bring change to their families and villages—all for God’s glory.
