Understanding Cancer Foundation (UCF) is a groundbreaking grassroots non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, California. UCF goes beyond the usual fundraising for research, to provide information, awareness, using a national network of expertise on behalf of those battling cancer within all of America’s communities. The mission of the Understanding Cancer Foundation is to disseminate educational resources, provide direct assistance, and serve as a national point of contact for community oncology clinics and their community-based outreach programs providing services for current patients, survivors and caregivers.
