History of Mending Faces
Mending Faces was founded in 2010 by a passionate, highly experienced group of medical professionals and others to make a life-changing difference for children born with facial deformities in the Philippines. Mending Faces completed their first mission in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines in February 2011 where they changed 35 lives and performed 58 procedures. In 2012 they performed 81 surgeries for 80 patients in San Jose, Antique. In 2013 they performed 82 surgeries in Roxas City, Capiz, and in 2014 63 surgeries in Kalibo. In 2015 Mending Faces will return to Kalibo.
