The Hospitality Hub of Memphis

The Hospitality Hub is on a mission to connect individuals with the resources they need to begin their journey out of homelessness. People who are unhoused often experience a combination of structural barriers including racism, housing insecurity, food insecurity, and lack of medical insurance. Frequently, people become unhoused as a direct result of their marginalization by the systems meant to support them. The Hospitality Hub’s programs address the structural barriers that contribute to our client’s challenges.

The Hub Plaza, a 2021 honoree of the Fast Company Innovation By Design Awards, provides and connects clients to services that marginalized people are often excluded from. The Hub Plaza was the first phase of the new Hub Campus site, which will open later this year and include a new central intake facility, offices, an emergency shelter for women, and an expanded day plaza. With this growth, we are expanding our team and hiring for many new positions!
