HomeBridge Ventures breaks the cycle of recidivism by providing comprehensive, holistic healing, job training and placement, and community to formerly incarcerated residents. We keep people out of prison and in employment. We support men and women returning to Bridgeport from prison with workforce development and employment in our social enterprises or with second chance employers. While doing that , our participants receive trauma informed wrap around services to help them work on themselves.
