IVY is an international humanitarian and development response agency established in Yamagata, Japan in 1991. Today, IVY operates in 4 countries: Cambodia, Bangladesh, Japan and Iraq. The operation in Iraq started in 2014 and since then we have supported IDPs, refugees, host communities and residents, and returnees through education and non-food item deliveries. Last year, IVY implemented its first project inside of Syria and today, we are aiming to expand its operation in Iraq and Syria to achieve, “leave no one behind”.
