COVENANT HOUSE NEW JERSEY INC

My name is Kirsten Corley, I was a volunteer with Covenant House for four years before being hired as the Development Associate. In my time volunteering, I had the opportunity to go to our international shelter in Guatemala, run 2 NY full marathons and 2 NY halfs, sit in the board both in NY and NJ and meet some of my closest friends partaking in our yearly sleep out. Covenant House hosts sleep outs throughout the year, where for a night you sleep with a box and a sleeping bag to raise money and awareness for our youth. As the development associate my job is to find volunteers like myself, who want to learn more about our organization, volunteer with the kids and connect a group of like minded people to a mission that includes protecting children and keeping them off the streets.
