EAST PROVIDENCE ARTS COUNCIL

The East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that promotes the richness, importance, and value of all visual and performance arts within our city. EPAC’s board membership includes local artists from the East Providence community, and the organization partners with local government and other community organizations to actively participate in arts projects and to support local artists. EPAC’s largest event is the Looff Arts Festival, a local festival for area arts and craft vendors, and the organization has previously awarded grants and scholarships for local artists as well as sponsored projects. Past projects include lantern exhibitions, painted crosswalks, city murals, and painted city utility boxes. EPAC is committed to supporting a thriving and inspired arts community in East Providence.
