Community Health Charites seeks to build stronger, healthier communityes by empowering people to take action to improve health and wellbeing.  We do this by engaging companies through workplace giving campaigns, custom giving opportunities, and employee engagement aligned with their corporate social responsibility goals; connecting individuals with the issues they care about through giving, volunteering, and learning; and supporting charity partners that focus on specific health issues and conditions by raising financial resources, increasing awareness, and driving volunteers and supporters to their cause.
