BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF NORTHWEST SAN DIEGO MISSION STATEMENT

"To inspire, develop and enrich young people to reach their fullest potential as confident, productive, responsible , caring members of society."

We are a non-profit organization that serves over 20,000 youth in north coastal San Diego, an area known as San Dieguito as well as Oceanside. Our clubhouses and numerous special programs offer exceptional programs for youth including after school activities, summer activities, music, theater, aquatics, athletics and educational enhancement. Our affiliation with Boys & Girls Clubs of America gives us access to many proven programs. Our qualified staff is adept at developing programs that appeal to youth in each unique Club. No child is excluded from attending the BGCNWSD, since financial assistance is available. From athletics to education and arts, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego offer a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of the community and instill a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence and competence in our youth.

We strive to provide an environment that leads to successful youth development.

Who Can Join?

Anyone between the ages of 5 and 18 who is in the Kindergarten through 12th grade can join the Club.

Core Programs

Our children have the opportunity to participate in activities spanning a common set of six core program areas: Education; the Arts; Life Skills; Leadership & Character Development; Sports, Fitness & Recreation; and Technology.
