New Horizons Crisis Center’s mission is to advocate for, support, and empower victims of crime, while providing education, resources, and prevention for our communities and partners.

PHILOSOPHY

New Horizons Crisis Center works with individuals and families who have been victimized by crime, while also providing preventative and educational services. NHCC believes that being a victim can be an ongoing, life-altering experience. NHCC is committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment through listening, advocating and empowering our victims to transition from victim to survivor. NHCC is dedicated to the cause of reducing and preventing crime in rural Minnesota. We strive to maintain this philosophy to the best of our abilities.
