The mission of the Bayview Hunters Point Foundation for Community Improvement, Inc. is "To inform, educate, and provide comprehensive multi-purpose social and human services to the residents of the Bayview Hunters Point community and the greater San Francisco area; to act as advocate for the needs of people from diverse ethnic, cultural, sexual and economic backgrounds; and as policy advisory on issues which affect San Francisco's communities."
