Santa Cruz County Business Council

The SCCBC is a 501(c)6 nonprofit organization that is supported by private businesses across the County. Our members range from locally owned restaurants to the biggest tech organizations in the country with the shared mission of making Santa Cruz County a better and more sustainable place to live, work, and do business.

The SCCBC is highly dynamic, people-oriented, and dedicated to our community. Our work is based in beautiful Santa Cruz County (although sometimes engages in state-level affairs) and has been a cornerstone of local economic development since 1996. Our scope of work is shaped by the collective will of the members, the needs of the business community, and the interest and expertise of the staff which includes the Executive Directors and at times a part-time staff person and/or interns.
