The mission of the Center is to provide support for children/teens from 3-18 years of age and their families, who have experienced the death of a significant person...as an expression of the ongoing ministry of Jesus Christ.
Acerca de
Suncoast Kids Place is founded on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to grieve in a supportive and understanding environment. However, our society fails to understand or support the needs of a child and family in grief. We offer ongoing grief support for the death of a significant person. Families are invited to join our organization at any point after the death and can stay with us as long as they desire. Our groups range in age from 3-18 years old and their caregiver. In addition to our peer support groups we also are able to offer a once a year weekend camp called Camp Erin.
