    Located in Kiwengwa, on Zanzibar’s north east coast, KINS have been carefully developing a unique education model over the past 6 years. Our experienced and passionate international teaching team teach from a unique and cutting edge syllabus that incorporates elements of world class Early Years, Primary Curriculum. We supplement these with culturally and socially relevant materials, making sure students are learning what is relevant and appropriate for them as individuals.

  All KINS’ teachers are given the freedom to be creative and flexible in the classroom. This creates happy and enthusiastic teachers who embraced the opportunity to think outside the box and go the extra mile to guarantee every individual student’s needs are met. At our core are the principals of student-centred, cooperative learning, arts integration, individualized instruction, and multi age classrooms.

We are confident that our students could move on to any school in the world and be on target with the learning level of their peers, whilst never forgetting their valuable learning experience from Zanzibar.

  Our school can accommodates the learning and developmental needs of children from 2 – 12 years. Our scholarship program helps children from low income families join KINS, ensuring our student population is diverse and making sure we are helping to increase access to quality education for all.
