Potomac Health Foundation

Potomac Health Foundation is a private foundation located in Woodbridge, Virginia. The mission of the foundation is to improve the health of the community. The Foundation does this through making grants to organizations that increase access to primary health care for the medically underserved, reduce the incidence of preventable diseases, and support innovation around emerging health needs.
