The Institute for Quality Public Services

The Institute for Quality Public Services is a newly formed nonprofit organization focused on improving the quality of public services in California. The Institute will partner with public agencies, training entities, unions, and funders to improve the quality of public services, to improve employee access to training and enhance their career mobility.

We envision a community of state workers that are committed to improving the quality of services provided, embrace innovation, inspire collaboration and effectively deliver these services to the people of California.
