SPORTHORSE

To strengthen the future of the equestrian industry through education, collaboration, and opportunity.

By investing in these core pillars, we actively improve the lives of both horses and the dedicated people who care for them.

SPORTHORSE Global, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Wellington, Florida, founded by Erica Hatfield of Eye Candy Jumpers. Our mission is to strengthen the future of the equestrian industry through education, collaboration, and opportunity.

We serve young and adult riders, grooms, emerging professionals, and the wider equestrian community. Through educational experiences, mentorship, and partnerships, we help people deepen their understanding of horses, responsible horsemanship, and the many careers that sustain equestrian sport.

Our work is guided by integrity, equine stewardship, education, collaboration, community, innovation, and transparency. We believe knowledge should be shared, the people behind the sport deserve recognition and support, and meaningful opportunities should extend beyond the competition arena.

Our long-term vision is a permanent nonprofit equestrian campus in Wellington—a welcoming gathering place for learning, workforce development, and charitable initiatives benefiting horses and people. As we build toward that vision, we are developing programs and partnerships that connect our community and inspire the next generation of equestrians.
