ASSURED HEART FOUNDATION

Assured Heart Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to addressing food insecurity, health disparities, and social inequities in historically underserved communities. Founded with a mission to restore dignity and improve quality of life for vulnerable populations, our work is rooted in compassion, access, and equity.

Our signature program, Nourish & Restore, rescues surplus food and redistributes it through mobile pantry routes, pop-up food distributions, and community partnerships, directly serving families in need across Dallas County. We further support community wellness through initiatives focused on mental health counseling, HIV awareness and prevention, housing case management, and chronic disease education.

As a tax-exempt organization, we rely on community support, corporate sponsorships, and grants to expand our impact. We are committed to building sustainable, community-informed solutions that empower individuals and strengthen families-one meal, one resource, and one heart at a time.
