About Us

We are residents of Upton who have come together to create a nonprofit organization, “140Arts Collaborative.” We aim to strengthen community through the arts by providing accessible programming for anyone who wants to experience or participate in music, theater, art classes, a maker’s space, and more! The community will build the programming they desire and we collectively make it happen.

Our Vision

We envision diverse and inclusive arts programming that fosters community and culture. By making cultural expression accessible to all; we hope to enrich lives, celebrate shared experiences, and build a more vibrant, interconnected community in Upton and the surrounding towns.

What's Next?

Our goal is to save the historic Holy Angels Church in downtown Upton by turning it into a thriving hub for the arts complete with a maker’s space. As community members ourselves, we intend to garner the trust of our peers and work with the Town to create a meaningful and permanent space where art and culture can be shared with one another.
