Memphis Teaching Fellows

Memphis Teaching Fellows is an opportunity for motivated, high-achieving professionals and recent college graduates from all backgrounds to revitalize the Memphis education system by becoming teachers with Memphis City Schools. This highly selective program is a new Memphis City Schools initiative to place talented and passionate individuals in math, chemistry, Spanish and special education classrooms.No teaching or education experience is required to apply for Memphis Teaching Fellows. Fellows will attend a rigorous pre-service training institute this summer and begin teaching full-time fall 2007 while simultaneously earning a Tennessee teaching license
