Mission: To protect and promote the natural, recreational, and historic resources of Voyageurs National Park.

Voyageurs National Park Association (VNPA) is a nonprofit organization with the mission of protecting and promoting the natural, recreational, and historic resources of Voyageurs National Park, Minnesota’s national park, located on the state’s border with Canada.

VNPA promotes Voyageurs National Park through outreach activities and the creation of educational materials such as our recreation map series and the book, Birds of Voyageurs National Park. We protect the Park by building strategic relationships, monitoring potential threats, mobilizing constituents and advocating for protection of the Park’s resources. VNPA enhances visitor experiences in Voyageurs National Park by supporting trail maintenance, Park events, and publications.
