Carina is a new organization building a two-sided healthcare marketplace focusing on home care aides (caregivers) and their Medicaid clients. With 8,000 people turning 65 every day in the U.S., there are not enough qualified, trained workers to care for the exponential rise in older adults needing care. You will help create an innovative new product with the aim of improving the lives of home care aides and the people they support. We have been in product beta for the last year and are launching this summer. Carina is a mission-based non-profit start-up with ambitions to scale nationally.
