APC serves the economically distressed region of Central California plagued by persistent poverty, unemployment, and racial inequality. Minority and low-income business owners in the Central Valley have been historically challenged in accessing capital from conventional sources. Our focus is providing loans and development services to these business owners to help them create and grow sustainable businesses that serve their communities, create jobs, and bridge the wealth gap. Our focus at APC is to work with entrepreneurs of color to bridge the wealth gap and address a lack of access to business loans and development services for low income, women, and rural communities.
