Westminster Manor, a 32 unit elderly residential community in Auburn, NY. It operates as an adult home under NYS Department of Health regulations and license. The single-level design along with private rooms with bathrooms, offers residents easy access to services and a home like setting. The Manor is a 502(c)3 non-profit and is open to all adults on a non-sectarian basis. In 2002, the Manor purchased and renovated an adjacent property, The Victorian at Westminster, and provides independent senior apartment housing.
