We envision a world where every person—regardless of their background,

income, or circumstances- can reclaim wellness, rediscover their identity in

Christ, and live with purpose, hope, and wholeness.

At Refocus-On-U, we believe strong families are built on faith, resilience, and

connection. We nurture mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through

compassion, practical tools, and truth. We strive to bring light where there is

darkness, offer healing to troubled homes, and help restore purpose to those in

need.

life of purpose, peace, and vitality.

Our work is rooted in the belief that wholeness is not a luxury. It is a birthright.

Why We Exist

Access to quality, compassionate healthcare is far too often a privilege rather than

a right. Where you live, how much money you make, and whether you can afford

health insurance usually determine the kind of care you receive—or if you receive

care at all. We believe this system is broken.

But we also believe there’s another way forward.

Our organization exists to close the gap—to restore power and ownership over

health to the people who have been left behind, overlooked, or overwhelmed by

the system. We do this by putting tools, resources, and education directly in the

hands of everyday people—empowering them to make informed decisions, seek

healing pathways, and take back control of their health journeys.

A life-threatening diagnosis can shatter a person’s world in an instant. Whether it’s

cancer, a chronic illness, or another serious health condition, the moment someone hears the words, “You have…” is often the beginning of an entirely new—and frequently terrifying—journey. We are here to walk with individuals through that journey.
