Women-in-Governance (WiG) is a flagship leadership initiative of the Engage Diaspora Foundation, Inc., dedicated to advancing women's participation in governance and public leadership. WiG identifies, cultivates, and connects aspiring and established female leaders through education, mentorship, and civic empowerment programs.

From university clubs to global summits, WiG creates pathways for women to influence policy, lead with integrity, and drive systemic change in their communities and countries. Through grassroots engagement and high-level training, we are building a future where governance reflects the voices and visions of women.
