The Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation (ERAF) is a not-for profit 501(c) 3 tax Exempt Corporation devoted to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, abandoned and neglected horses in South Florida and the Treasure Coast. ERAF has rescued horses in Broward, Martin, Okeechobee and Palm Beach Counties and works closely with the Sheriff’s Departments and Animal Care and Control there. ERAF’s mission is to find a fully qualified forever home for each equine that comes to our barn. To date, ERAF has rescued over 110 horses and completed over 100 successful adoptions.
