Provide volunteer services primarily but not limited to Philippine-based (and those that can be reached via Internet) non-profit organizations (NPOs)to develop and implement an information and communications technology (ICT) strategy tailored to its unique aims, needs, and context.

eRiders (Phils) is composed of individuals and associations who are willing to volunteer their time and knowledge in the field of ICT whose collective efforts is to make ICT technology available to non-profit organizations.

eRiders (Phils) are individuals, groups, and associations who are willing to volunteer their time and talent to those organizations in need of assistance to develop their ICT (basic website development, equipment assessment, systems development, capacity building, consultancy).
