BeyondGraduation.ca is an online community that aims to foster that very sense of belonging by supporting young people with disabilities in their decision making processes. This website is specifically designed to provide people of all abilities with the networking tools, information and resources they need in order to discover who they are. At beyondgraduation.ca they will make new friends, learn about their option for making a successful transition from school to higher education, built upon existing interests, and communicate with their peers.
