We are a small, open-admission animal shelter in eastern NC dedicated to giving homeless dogs and cats a second chance. We help place over 2000 animals each year in loving homes, either through adoption or placement with reputable rescue partners. We accept animals regardless of age, medical needs, or temperament. We also operate Second Chances Thrift Store to help support our organization.
