FOCUS + Fragile Kids offers wraparound programs of support to families of children who are medically fragile or have significant developmental or physical disabilities: share groups;hospital support;day, overnight and family camps; workshops and resources; family activities; and crucial medical equipment to help with every day life. We reach over 4,500 families in and around metro Atlanta.
