THRIVE ON NETWORK INC

THRIVE ON! Network exists to shift economic power to youth, women, and food entrepreneurs — by connecting institutions, government, and capital directly to the work happening on the ground.

THRIVE ON! Network is a youth-powered community intermediary — not just a direct-service nonprofit, but an organization built to sit between the people doing the work and the institutions, government, and capital that can fuel it. Our program portfolio spans direct youth and community work and infrastructure that other organizations can use to grow, most notably our Rootwork fiscal sponsorship program.

Our long-term vision is independence, not just growth: diversified revenue across grants, fiscal sponsorship, and earned-revenue ventures; real estate and asset ownership; and a long-term path toward CDFI certification, so THRIVE ON! can eventually lend capital back into the community rather than only raising it. Our current institutional partners include the Ulster County Youth Bureau, NoVo Foundation, Central Hudson, Rondout Savings Bank, Ulster Savings Bank, Marist College, SUNY Albany, and Bard College.

We're still young and building fast — which means board members joining now have real influence on what THRIVE ON! becomes.
