New Urban Learning (NUL) is a non-profit education management company with operations focused in the city of Detroit. Our organization provides high quality operational services to schools that are unwavering in their commitment to student achievement.
NUL was founded in 2000 by Doug Ross, NUL’s CEO. We currently have three charter schools under management: University YES Academy Elementary School, University YES Academy Middle School, and University YES Academy High School.
Like the schools NUL serves, we are dedicated to the success of our students and incorporate their “whatever it takes” philosophy into our operations.
