About Us: La Clínica del Cariño Family Health Care Center, Inc. changed its name to One Community Health March 2013. We are excited about our new name, as we feel it better represents our commitment to the entire Columbia Gorge community, where we have become an essential provider of medical, dental, maternity, pediatric, and health promotion services since 1986. We are located in Hood River and The Dalles, Oregon and opened a brand-new, modern building in The Dalles April 2013. One Community Health offers an opportunity to make a difference in a mission driven, not for profit, healthcare organization. Our clinics work within a patient-centered health care home model approach to patient care. A wonderful camaraderie exists between our mission-oriented, experienced teams making this an exciting and collaborative place to work. Plus, the awe-inspiring Columbia River Gorge and the majestic splendor of Mt.Hood offer incredible recreation, scenic beauty, and a fabulous place to live.
