Our circumstances don’t have to define us. That’s why Yes We Can World Foundation – a Latina-led nonprofit – nurtures Latine excellence through education, culture and narrative change.
Acerca de
We begin with free, quality bilingual education for children awaiting asylum at the border, offering stability and support during a critical transition. As families become new Americans and integrate into life in the U.S., Yes We Can continues to provide essential support to ensure long-term success. To date Yes We Can has provided over 2,000,000 hours of education to over 4,700 migrant and refugee children.
Yes We Can also amplifies Latine voices, providing authentic representation across the world. In doing so, Yes We Can closes educational gaps and tells a new story-one where every child has a chance to succeed, every family finds opportunity, and every voice is heard.
